1.1 The website of the Israeli IP boutique Seligsohn Gabrieli & Co. (hereinafter: “the website”; “The Firm” and/or “Seligsohn Gabrieli” according to the context) is a website owned by The Firm, which a leading Israeli law office dealing with Intellectual Property and related legal areas.
2. Services which require registration
2.1. In order to use certain services in the website (which may exist now or added in the future, you will need to register for the website’s specific activity such as event, webinars etc. (hereinafter: “list of participants“). During registration for a list of participants, you will be required to enter into the website personal details such as your name, your company, ways of communicating with you, including telephone number and e-mail address, (hereinafter: “the Details“).
2.2. You hereby declare and undertake that all the information you provide at the time of registration is genuine, correct, accurate and complete information about you. It is made clear that the website reserves the sole right to refuse to supply you with the services provided within or to terminate them, in cases where the information provided by you at the time of registering for the website and/or afterwards was not genuine, correct, accurate and complete information about you, all without giving advance notice.
- 3.2.1. You must not use the website in order to investigate or follow after other users of the website or in order to harass them in any way.
Furthermore, you are absolutely prohibited from using the website and the details of its visitors in order to deliberately harm them in any way

You may not upload and/or send and/or transmit to the website any material which contains any kind of computer code, which could disturb, limit or destroy the use of the website, i.e. the use of servers, the computers, the hardware and software of The Firm and/or anybody else acting on its behalf. Furthermore, you may
not take any action in the website which could disturb or interrupt in any way the activity of the website.
- 3.2.4. You must not take any action in any of the code parts of the website and data bases of the website, including their copying, processing, change, translation etc., without receiving permission in advance and in writing from The Firm.
- 3.2.5. You must not collect or store information about visitors of the website for commercial purposes or for carrying out illegal actions, including, but not limited to, distribution of junk mail to them.
- 3.2.6. You must not present the website and/or its contents and/or the services within it, in the framework of another website or as part of another website, without receiving permission in advance and in writing from The Firm.
- 3.2.7. You may not use or allow others to use any computer application or any other means, including robot programs, spy programs etc. for the copying, scanning, retrieving and locating of any information and contents of the website.
4.2. Registration for a webinar gives you the possibility of participating only in a webinar at the specific time and date for which you registered. All the
participants undertake to not use any foul or offensive language, not to insult and/or harass and/or hurt in any other way the other participants and/ or the lecturers. Furthermore, the participants undertake not to express themselves in a way which constitutes defamation towards any person or which is contrary the laws of the State of Israel.
4.3. It is made clear that The Firm does not undertake that the contents of the webinars will be correct, complete, accurate or compatible with the
expectations and/or demands of the participants. It is made clear that the contents of the webinars do not constitute a replace for a professional advice and the responsibility for the use and/or reliance on them is solely on users.
6. Registration for the newsletter
Registration for the newsletter (mailing list) of the website is carried out via an active e-mail address and constitutes an active approval by the users to receive various updates from the website, including information about the various services, events and other activities of The Firm.
7. The lists of registrants to events and newsletters and of participants in Webinars
The Firm is entitled to integrate into the website links to various internet pages of third parties. The internet websites to which these links lead are not under the control of The Firm and/or supervised by it, and most of their contents are not on behalf of The Firm. The fact that the website contains links to these internet pages does not indicate that The Firm approves their content and/or constitutes a guarantee of their correctness, authenticity and lawfulness and the practices of the owners of such contents on privacy matters and in any other aspect related to their operation. The Firm is not responsible for the contents presented in the internet websites to which the links in the website lead and is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of use of them and/or reliance on them. The Firm does not undertake that the links in the website will be in order and will lead the visitors of the website to an active internet website. The Firm is entitled to remove from the website, from time to time, and at its sole discretion, links that were included in it in the past.
9.1. Use of the website, including use of the services provided within, will be done on the sole responsibility of the visitors of the website.
9.2. The visitors of the website will not have any contention, demand or claim towards The Firm in any matter connected with the contents of the website and/or the services provided within.
9.3. The Firm does not undertake that the contents of the website will be correct, complete, accurate or compatible with the expectations and/or demands of the visitors and/or the registrants and/or participants of the website and/or its proposed activities. It is made clear that the purpose of the contents and services offered in the website are to supply information only and do not constitute in any way a replace for a professional counseling and/or advice and/or an opinion and the responsibility for use and/or reliance on them is on those who use them alone.
9.4. The Firm does not undertake that the contents of the website and/or the services provided within will be given uninterruptedly and/or without any
disturbances. It is made clear that the contents of the website and the services provided within are not immune to unauthorized access to the computers of The Firm or from any damage or faults which might be caused, either to The Firm or to any of its suppliers, to hardware, software or communication lines and arrays, and visitors of the website will not have any contention and/or demand and/or claim towards The Firm in this matter.

The Firm is entitled to change from time to time, at its sole discretion, the structure of the website and its design, the extent and availability of the contents and/or the services provided within and also any other aspect of the activity of the website, all without the need to give notice of this in advance to visitors of the website. The Firm is entitled to terminate at any time the services offered by it, all or part of them, and also to remove and/ or block access to the website, wholly or partly.
9.6. The visitors of the website will not have any contention, claim and/or demand towards The Firm regarding cessation of the services as stated above and/or the carrying out of changes as stated and/or faults which might arise as a result of their being carried out.
11. Intellectual Property
All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the webinars (whether stored and presented in this website or in an external website) and also the various contents contained in the website, including pictures, video and/or voice files, text or any other document or electronic detail uploaded to the website, either by existing media or media which will exist in the future, belong to The Firm or third parties which have allowed it to use them. Any use of the contents appearing in the website and/or of the webinars, including copying, distribution, display and/or public performance, broadcasting, placing in the public domain, arranging, creating a derivative work, sale or rent of any part of them, either by you or through or in cooperation with a third party, in any way or by any means, will be done only with the prior consent of the rights owner. The users undertake to compensate The Firm for any damage caused to it, including claims by third parties, because of unauthorized use of contents as stated above.
