We represent both patent holders and alleged infringers in patent infringement actions tried before the District Courts. Our firm also represents clients in appeals on District Court judgments in infringement cases. Such appeals are heard and decided by the Supreme Court of Israel. Litigation services also comprise various proceedings before the Registrar of Patents. These include, but are not limited to oppositions, applications for revocation of patents, and compulsory license proceedings.
